Priss stops to say goodbye to Leon outside of the Silky Doll. He only agrees to stay behind if she promises to come back. She then races off on her new moto-slave, taking out some rogue boomers on her way to catch up. Nigel invites Leon up to wait with him and Macky. Henderson joins them not long after.
The extension of the Dragon Line is trying to assimilate Linna and Nene, making Sylia desperate, and she narrowly avoids getting caught as well. It is then that they discover that their hardsuits can connect telepathically. Priss arrives, providing cover for Sylia as she goes after the Dragon Line, only for Sylia to be captured as well.
Priss is surrounded by boomers, her moto-slave transforming into a power-suit, but is almost completely overwhelmed. Just as she is about to receive a mortal blow, the other three learn they can control the boomer. They force it to hold still, enabling Priss to destroy it and free the others.
After, they are all back at Sylia’s celebrating, making Linna feel left out as everyone else has paired up until Henderson swoops in to keep her company. Leon appreciates this new turn in his life, while Macky is uneasy and goes off to back-up some data. Nigel is worried about Sylia, asking her about her plans, while Nene is concerned for Macky.
Galatea is communicating with her amoebas, planning her next move. A bad dream awakens Sylia, and Nigel tries to comfort her. Aside from Macky, they are the only ones awake when an army of rogue boomers come. They all bolt to their feet when the intruder alarm sounds before the systems trigger a lockdown. The boomers have entered the building, but none of the security cameras show them. It’s not until too late that they learn that the pool cover never closed.
As the boomers work to smash their way through the pool walls, Leon prepares to sacrifice himself to buy the others time. Galatea is watching all of this through Macky’s eyes.
