Episode #04: “Revenge Road”
In a dark garage, a car is started and then driven onto the road at speed. It comes across a motorcycle gang and then proceeds to run them off of the road.
Priss passes Leon and Daley as they are driving down the road. The two are talking about the rampaging driver. Priss is test driving the new bike the Macky built for her and is forced to stop for fuel. She and Doctor Raven do some verbal sparring before the man goes to refuel her bike. While he is doing that, Priss talks Macky into allowing her test drive the new bike that he is currently building. However, it is too powerful for her and she promptly crashes it. As Macky goes to assess the damage, Priss notices a picture on Doctor Raven’s workstation and asks about it.
The man in Raven’s picture wakes up and watches his girlfriend sitting at his bedside, thinking back to the day that caused them both so much pain.
The Knight Sabers are out doing some field training, Priss and Linna face off against Sylia and Nene. Sylia sacrifices Nene in order to beat the other two, winning the bet. Priss and Linna now have to buy them lunch. At lunch, they discuss the lack of jobs before then beginning to tease Nene about her dream guy.
The man is in the garage working on his car in an attempt to maximize its performance. The car seems to have a negative effect on him, and he is determined to take down any and all motorcycles. Even Priss when she moves to intercept the car. The bike suffers a mechanical failure, leaving her with road rash.
Linna has managed to talk Priss into seeing a doctor and goes to the hospital with her. While there, they encounter the man and girl in the picture. The girl then has an episode when she hears a group of motorcycles going down the street outside.
Priss is being nosy and goes to visit Nene at work to have her do some research into them for her. While she’s there, Priss barely avoids being spotted by Leon. She and Linna then go to get something to eat.
Gibson is trying to talk Raven into giving him the control mechanism for the Gryphon, but Raven refuses. Gibson is becoming increasingly unstable, which worries his girlfriend Naomi. Gibson is determined to gain full control of the Gryphon, and he finally gets the level of control that he has been wanting. However, he knows that it won’t be long before the cops catch up to him.
Raven asks the Knight Sabers to stop the car and to keep Gibson out of trouble. The cops begin to move in on Gibson then, and he puts Naomi in the car and speeds away. Sylia accepts Raven’s request and the Knight Sabers suit up.
Gibson is now on the run, and the AD Police are called in to help the traffic cops to set up a roadblock. He is taking bigger and bigger risks, despite Naomi’s presence in the car. Nene is on the radio while Priss is riding Macky’s bike to catch up to the Gryphon.
Leon and Daley are standing by at the roadblock, the car coming ever closer. Naomi pleads with Gibson to stop the car when the systems begin to malfunction. The car is now driving on its own. Priss is trying to keep up with it, while Sylia and Linna are desperate to catch up with them.
Priss manages to make it up onto the Gryphon and moves to extract Gibson and Naomi from the car. Sylia and Linna catch up and help the three to get off of the car. The Gryphon then crashes into the roadblock, but still keeps going. The AD Police move to dispatch it. Leon then uses a special ordinance to stop it.
Naomi and Gibson are then left in the care of the AD Police. Naomi can finally be happy because the car was destroyed.
Nene, being the hopeless romantic, is happy that the couple didn’t get into too much trouble. Priss, however, has to fix up Macky’s bike, seeing as that she was the one responsible for damaging it. Raven agrees to help her do it properly.
