Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 Quincy Rosenkruetz

2040 quincy

Born: 1951

Age: 89

Occupation: President of Genom

Description

Rosenkreutz is the President of Genom and the man who made boomer technology accessible to the world. He’s a very old and shriveled man, relying heavily on a variety of machines to keep him alive and in charge of things. It’s his company that “owns” the television and communications companies, as well as the Umbrella and the Dragon Line, which he would like to see used to break the world’s dependence on non-renewable resources.

Personality

Rosenkreutz loves his precious boomers and gave them to the world to help prevent the suffering and exhaustion of man. He does seem to be aware of what is causing the rogue boomers, and the company subsidiaries try hard to keep them an urban myth. He finds the Knight Sabers plight amusing and their hardsuits intriguing. He also knows that Mason is up to something sneaky.

History

Genom purchased Bio-scape and the Wiz Lab in 2032. Unfortunately, Galatea had gone rogue, almost destroying the facility. To attempt to stop her, Rosenkreutz authorized the impromptu test of an Artificial Earthquake Device. The resulting aftermath would change Tokyo forever. When the cleanup and reconstruction began, it was Boomers that did all of the heavy labor. Not long after the reconstruction, the ADP was formed to police boomer crimes, which soon became synonymous with rogue boomers. However, boomer technology far outpaced that of the ADP and Genom was growing bored with that particular appendage. The time was coming where the ADP would become expendable. Rosenkreutz wasn’t totally oblivious to Mason’s actions, he was merely unaware of the specifics. He did order a boomer to spy on Mason but the man discovered the plan and turned the boomer on Rosenkreutz, essentially having the old man “unplugged” from his life-support equipment.

Skills

Feeding the World’s needs for cheap manual labor.

Notes

Admires the Knight Sabers for their initiative as well as their stubborn refusal to admire his boomers.
