Leon is being scolded for his outburst over the radio the night before. Now one with the AD Police is pleased with the Knight Sabers for doing what the AD Police is supposed to do — stopping rogue boomers. However, the department is forced to leave the Normal Police to deal with the Knight Sabers, since they are vigilantes in the eyes of the law.

After, Leon and Daley are trading theories about the Knight Sabers, speculating about who may be backing them. Nene then comes along and teases Leon, Daley only encourages her to do so.

Linna is seeking details regarding the events of the night with Kain, only to be caught by the boomer-manager. She is using her work computer for personal use, a company no-no. Another mark is then put into her permanent file.

Sylia is in her lingerie shop attending to a reluctant customer. She is trying to persuade the woman into trying on an outfit, making the poor woman feel uncomfortable and self-conscious. Priss comes in and Sylia downplays their relationship while offering to show her something special as a cover to get Priss her money from the last night.

Sylia then proceeds to pick at Priss’ taste in clothes, only to have Priss change the topic by asking if there are any plans to build a new hardsuit. Linna’s declaration is on her mind.

To bypass the rule about not using her work terminal for personal use, Linna uses the computer in Kain’s office instead. She attempted to access the AD Police database for any information that they may have. Nene intercepts her hacking attempts and then chases her out of the system. Through the camera system, Nene recognizes Linna as the girl they had rescued the night before.

Henderson, Sylia’s butler, is concerned for his employer and questions her intentions. She tells him that there is nothing to worry about. She then gets a message from her Genom informant, but it is news she did not want to hear. She then flies into a rage.

Inside Genom’s corporate headquarters, Rosenkreutz is explaining to Mason why he likes boomers and what he hopes to do with them. The progress of the Showhamm project comes up, and Mason has to hide his displeasure with the man.

Priss is at band practice and calls a break when Linna coming in to talk. She antagonizes Linna for her desire to become a Knight Saber. It takes more than words to be a Knight Saber. She then leads Linna on a chase that ultimately ends at Sylia’s store.

Linna watches Priss and Sylia, and after being allowed inside follows them. She then thinks she has lost them, only to discover the pit. Nene, who is testing the upgrades to her suit when Linna comes in, demands to know why she’s there. Linna is annoyed by the way Priss and Nene then pick at each other.

Sylia then gives Linna a shot in the simulator. After making it to the end of the program, Linna is shocked by the violence she experienced. She then begins to herself about what she has gotten into.
