Sylia Stingray
Subject: Sylia Stingray, Age 21. – Occupation: Owner/Operator, ‘Silky Doll’ Lingerie Shop.
Her official records until the age of 15 were lost in the Quake. She has substantial financial and real estate holdings – many of which were not on the tax rolls. She was twelve when her father died, leaving her and her brother Macky orphans.
Sylia was altered by her father as a safeguard against the misuse of Stingray’s technology. However, she may not be able to have children because of it.
Priss Asagiri
Subject: Priss – Full name: Priscilla S. Asagiri, Age 18. – Occupation: Rock (Retro-Thrash) Singer.
“Admittedly, Priss is somewhat of an unguided missile. Down the road, her instability may pose serious problems… … But for now, her capacity for violence makes her useful.” – Sylia
A smoker, Priss is reckless, impulsive, and has some sizable anger issues as some people have discovered. She is also sadistic when it comes to boomers.
Nene Romanova
Subject: Nene Romanova, Age 17 (listed as age 20 in AD Police file). – Occupation: AD Police “Communications Support Specialist.”
Nene has hacked into the ADP computers to alter her own personnel files. She is also possessive of the ADP computers, and maybe also a little over-confident in her skills.
Linna Yamazaki
Subject: Linna Yamazaki, Age 19. – Occupation: Fitness Instructor.
She participated in a Tai Chi Forms competition and even placed in a beauty pageant. She works at the gym “Phitness Utopia.”
Macky Stingray
Macky is Sylia’s younger brother. He was five with his father was killed, leaving him and his sister orphans. Like his sister, his father altered him as a safeguard against the misuse of boomer technology.
He built the motoslave/motoroid for Priss.
Peter Vashnevskaya
A Russian-American with a juvenile record, and a freelance corporate mercenary specializing in covert operations. Despite the rough exterior, he is respectful of women and likes Retro-Thrash. As long as it’s “loud, fast, and laughable.”
Vashnevskaya and his team were hired by a European Consortium to capture one of Genom’s “Intellectual Assets.” He was the only one to survive Genom’s counterstrike against them.
He suffers from a “massive neurological alteration,” that was caused by the anti-personnel weapon that Genom used against them. The weapon emits high EM fields capable of disrupting human neural activity. His brain was left with micro-lesions on his temporal lobe. His medical condition could have been caused by the implant that allowed him to communicate with the Skorpian mech.
His condition is “Malignant, inoperable, progressive, and fatal.” It causes him to suffer from “complex temporal lobe seizures,” “accompanied by episodic dyscontrol.” He experiences hallucinations that lead up to violent rages. He tries to keep from hurting others, but it can’t always be avoided. He takes Acetazolamide (treats epileptic seizures), and Carbamazepine (an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizer).
Genom “Intellectual Assets”
They were basically used as guinea pigs by Genom, their brains altered. As such, they are required to act as Genom’s “advisers.” Their “mental architectures” may not be set up for sympathetic emotions – guilt, sadness, remorse. In their isolation, they became lovers.
Female – The female asset is the higher ranking of the two. She advises Genom on their finances. She practices duel swordplay.
Male – He was seen going over Genom reports. He is sarcastic and wears sunglasses all the time (possible alterations to one or both eyes).
