A man with glasses and a cigarette is writing about the city before and after the Second Great Kanto Earthquake and the rise of the Mega-Corp called Genom. Meanwhile, an assassin boomer is making its way to him. (Clearly, the man is considered to be a threat to the powers-at-be.) After taking control of the man’s computer, it then appears and asks him how he would like to die.
A police chopper patrolling the area reports the rogue boomer before being attacked. The AD Police then begins to suit up to respond. Once they reach the scene, they engage the boomer.
